Who It’s For

If the fireplace is supposed to heat a large part of the house, a small insert will run flat out and still fall short. It should have heat to spare. What Makes It Special

The major parts are cast iron, made to last. A seven-day programmable wall thermostat comes standard, so you can have it warm before you wake up and turned down while you are at work. A single lever empties the ash, and five heat settings let you fine-tune the fire.
