All normally stocked, non-electrical items at AES can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the item is unused and undamaged, determined at the discretion of the sales team. Customer must present receipt at time of return. Refunds will be applied to original credit or debit card used. All cash or check refunds will typically be paid by check in person or sent out by mail.
All electrical items are non-returnable. AES will not accept potentially used parts and return them onto their inventory shelves. AES is commited to providing premier parts to their customers.
All non-stock and special-order products are not accepted for return to AES for a refund. Some exceptions are possible if the manufacturer or supplier will except a return. AES will deduct all fees for manufacturer and supplier returns and shipping and deduct an additional 10% for an AES handling fee. AES does not accept returns of appliances after they have been unboxed or used.
Warranty situations will be handled according to manufacturer requirements.
Note: If the product is returned for warranty reasons, AES will follow the warranty procedures specified by the manufacturer or supplier for repair or replacement.
